You start every day of your holiday in our apartment in Klink with sun and fresh free baps, hung at your door. Then go out by feet, bicycle, car, bus or ship and visit all the places, which make Mecklenburg Lake District so enjoyable and interesting.
If you would like to go out for dinner after an exciting day we can recommend you restaurants like "Altes Gutshaus" or "Müritz Hote"l as well as "Fischerhus" near Klink harbour. But off course you can prepare dinner by yourself and take a seat to relish it outside at the garden.
The small village Klink, which you will find between 2 lakes and where our apartment is situated, should be your first choice, if you like to relax, go swimming, cycling or hiking. You can explore our interesting landscape by car, by bus or by ship/ boat.
Clear water, various beaches, spacious forests, and small towns – all the best which Mecklenburg has to offer you will find here. If you would like to visit the towns Waren (Müritz), Röbel/Müritz, Malchow or the impressive Müritz National Park we can assure you of that Klink is the perfect base. For people, who love to travel by bicycle, it is important to know, that Klink is one station on the long-distance way from Berlin to Kopenhagen.
For nature lovers we suggest to leave your car at home and travel by bicycle in the luggage by train. Buses leave every hour, from May to October having a special trailer for bikes. They ride back and forth through the Müritz district. Directly from the port on the brick castle daily leaving ships, to take tours of Germany's largest lake, Lake Müritz, and throughout the Lake Districts.
On request, we can guide qualified on trips where we present to you the nature, culture and history of Mecklenburg. Here you can also see eagles, bison and bears (in bear forest).
